We offer free shipping to all UK mainland addresses for all orders placed on orcaandolive.com.

As all our items are made to order, we aim to ship within 3-5 working days of receiving your order, although this may vary depending on the item and your location. Please note that depending on your location, the time taken for your order to arrive may vary.

We ship internationally to most worldwide destinations, excluding Italy, Russia, and South America. International shipping is available for extra charges, which will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from orcaandolive.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Email us at info@orcaandolive.com with your Order Number (which can be found in your order confirmation email), the product(s) you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request (and images if applicable). If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within seven days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@orcaandolive.com.
  2. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Once you have received our return instructions, please securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us at the address provided. Please note that returns remain your responsibility until we receive the item, so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage when you ship the item back to us. Depending on your location, the time taken to return a product may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
  4. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless you are returning an item due to an issue with the product.
  5. Once we have received the item and verified that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 working days from the time of receiving your items. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note – we will only issue this refund if your received item is in line with our returns policy as stated above.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item, and place a new order.

Abuse of returns policy, such as repeat refunds with no valid reason, free wardrobing & chargeback fraud will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any refund/exchange that goes against our returns policy.
